Higher Courts

Higher Courts

The higher Courts are generally the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, both of which are located in London. These are appellate Courts dealing with appeals against conviction and/or sentence.

Cases regularly progress to the Court of Appeal, however cases that progress to the Supreme Court are very rare. We will advise you as to whether you have the grounds (justification) for such an appeal.
